Experience:	Mark Rockford is the Manager of the Vendor Relations Division of MasterWord Services, Inc. Mark and the Vendor Relations team are tasked with the training and recruitment of MasterWord’s thousands of vendors, whether they are interpreters, translators, language instructors, or other specialists. He also spearheads many of the special projects that MasterWord undertakes. Mark has a background in Spanish and education, which makes him uniquely suited to ensure that MasterWord’s language experts are qualified to meet each client’s individual needs, as well as to provide continuing education and training for the interpreters and translators. Mark is proud to be active in the translator and interpreter community, working as the Director of Professional Development for HITA, where he is responsible for the ongoing development of its members. Mark has taught English in Mexico, and Spanish in the United States, gaining an insight into both cultures and languages. He continues to polish both his English and Spanish, using both on a daily basis.
